compared to other countries, and to Israel in particular.
The “rely on me” culture does not work… Clear procedures and processes are different in each jurisdiction – Based on our experience drawn from hundreds of different locations in multiple states – we know who to approach and how to identify the correct plan for each location.
We will guide you through the processes and set the expectations so you can prepare your organization accordingly.

Defining the right location for your requirements, Manage the local real estate brokers to identify suitable locations, Protect your interests in the process of the negotiations.

Many of the terms for the duration of your contract are determined at this stage and can have major impact on your organization’s CAPEX and OPEX costs – we will assist in creating the mechanism to evaluate the best location and protect you.

Guide and manage Architectural requirements and MEP engineers to design your new site in a cost effective design that will allow you optimal use per your requirements.

Prepartion of the RFP for your project, Manage the bids, including the negotiations until you are able to take the selection decision.

Manage the construction process, Monitor the budget, the schedule and ensure (again) that
your interests are kept. The construction bid process can be very surprising on costs if not aware of the challenges.

Support you through the move and on your ongoing operations as needed.

Acting as owner's representative with the client’s different teams in order to establish the agreed basis of design.

Manage the design phase with Architect and MEP to achieve agreed layout
Works with the different teams within the organization to ensure needs are being met under the budget constraints.
Work with the LL and building owner: Obtain approvals. Negotiate working letters. RFPs, bids, negotiations in coordination with the client’s policies. Procedures and selection of contractors and vendors.
Execution of projects in the agreed budget and schedule.
